  • Room Pricing:Rates are quoted per room per night and are exclusive of a 12% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
  • Extra Bedding:An additional bed is available at INR 1000 plus taxes, on a Continental Plan (CP) per room per night.

Terms & Conditions:
  • Check-In Policy:Hotel check-in time is from 12 Noon to 12 Noon the following day. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Identification Requirement:In accordance with government regulations, all guests (including foreign nationals, NRI’s, and Indian nationals) must present a valid photo ID at check-in. Acceptable forms of ID include a Passport with Visa, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Aadhaar Card. Please note that PAN cards are not accepted as valid ID due to the lack of an address. Foreign nationals must provide a Passport and Visa copy.
  • Booking Confirmation:Bookings should be confirmed via email at least 24 hours prior to the guest’s arrival.
  • Cancellation Policy:Cancellations must be notified via email at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid charges. Cancellations made 48 hours before arrival will incur a 50% charge based on the corporate discounted rate. Cancellations on the day of arrival will attract a 100% retention charge for the first day.
  • No-Show Policy:In the event of a no-show, a retention charge equivalent to the room rent for the booked days will be applied.
  • Additional Requests:Requests for additional services such as cab pickup and drop-off or extra bedding must be made at the time of booking and are subject to availability and actual costs.
